The recipient can then order products of their choice and pay for the order with the gift card. Our gift card is redeemable via the online store and in person in our store.
A DLS Design gift voucher is valid for two years after purchase.
Important:
- the voucher will be provided digitally by e-mail after payment.
- the voucher will not be sent and therefore does not count in the shipping scale.
- the gift card will only work in our online webshop and brick & mortar shop. It will not be possible to use the card for our community or pay for kits and workshops if they are not offered in our webshop and are displayed on a third-party system.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping & Returns Policy
Since our gift cards are sent digitally, the amount of the gift card will not weigh towards our shipping scale.
The gift card will be sent to our e-mail. The card can be printed, sent, or added to apps like Wallet.
On average, receiving a gift card will take between 1 and 10 minutes.
Once a gift card has been bought, it will immediately send to your e-mail. We can, therefore, no longer guarantee the validity of the code, meaning that after a gift card has been sent, we cannot return or exchange it.
Please be careful when choosing to buy a gift card.
All purchased gift cards are final.
When making an account, you agree to our terms and conditions. This also includes our gift cards.
Purchased cards are non-returnable and non-refundable, nor may they be resold.
Any outstanding gift card balance shall not be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Any refunds for returned products purchased with the gift card will be reapplied to the gift card.
Please be aware that bought gift cards have an expiration date. The card is valid for up to 2 years after purchase.
Cards received as part of a giveaway, winning, or any other kind can have a different validation date.
